| MOUNT MERU CLIMBING
Located on the slopes of Mt Meru Hatari offers the unique opportunity to trek the versatile sub montane rainforest up to the crater rim and further up to the 4566 m high summit directly from the Lodge.
Two simple huts at 2500 m and 3500 m provide limited facilities. Equipment, food, cooking utensils and bedding have to be brought up by porters so - the trek should therefore be professionally organised.
